Arxus LLC
Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of ArxusLabs.com, an informational website for Arxus Labs.
Effective October 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of ArxusLabs.com and related pages operated by Arxus LLC (“Arxus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collectively the “Site.” By accessing or using the Site, submitting an inquiry, or scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Site Purpose
The Site provides general information about Arxus Labs, its quality standards, independent laboratory testing practices, and research-use-only products. The Site may allow you to request information or schedule an introductory conversation.
The Site does not currently sell products, accept orders, process payments, or complete transactions. Any future transaction, if offered, may be governed by separate written terms, policies, eligibility requirements, and agreements presented before the transaction.
4. Research Use Only
Research-use-only products are intended for qualified researchers and organizations conducting lawful basic research, pharmaceutical research, analytical work, or development of new tests. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition and may not be used for clinical, therapeutic, household, food, cosmetic, or veterinary purposes.
You may not use information from the Site to facilitate unlawful purchase, possession, administration, distribution, resale, or other misuse of a research-use-only product. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, institutional requirements, handling standards, and safety procedures applicable to your activities and jurisdiction.
5. FDA and Medical Disclaimer
The statements made on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Statements and products referenced by Arxus are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The Site does not provide medical advice. No Site content, form response, email, telephone conversation, text message, consultation, or other communication from Arxus is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Arxus is not a healthcare provider, and using the Site or speaking with an Arxus representative does not create a doctor-patient, provider-patient, pharmacist-patient, or other clinical relationship.
Do not submit personal health information through the Site. If you have a medical question, contact a qualified healthcare professional. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care.
6. Testing and Quality Information
Arxus may describe independent third-party laboratory testing for characteristics such as identity, purity, quantity, sterility, and endotoxin. Testing methods, specifications, measurements, and results differ by product, sample, lot, laboratory, and test date.
A result associated with one sample or lot does not establish the characteristics of any other sample or lot. References to testing do not constitute FDA approval, clinical validation, a representation of suitability for human or veterinary use, or a guarantee beyond the express written terms, if any, provided for a specific product or transaction.
Laboratory names and testing descriptions are provided for transparency. A laboratory’s analysis does not constitute its endorsement of Arxus, any product, or any intended use.
7. Information Requests and Consultations
Any consultation offered through the Site is an introductory business conversation concerning Arxus Labs, its research-use-only products, testing standards, availability, and pricing. It is not a medical consultation and must not be used to request or receive individualized advice regarding symptoms, diagnoses, dosing, administration, treatment, or personal use.
We may decline, cancel, or end a consultation when a request is inconsistent with these Terms, applicable law, or the Site’s research-use-only purpose.
8. Communications Consent
When you provide contact information and agree to be contacted, you authorize Arxus to respond by telephone, email, or text message concerning your inquiry, scheduling, Arxus Labs’ research-use-only products, testing standards, availability, and pricing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message and may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Our collection and use of contact information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for an unlawful, clinical, therapeutic, household, or other prohibited purpose;
- Submit false, misleading, medical, confidential, or third-party information without authorization;
- Attempt to obtain dosing, administration, treatment, or human-use guidance;
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, forms, scheduling tools, servers, or connected systems;
- Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access, scraping, probing, or automated extraction;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, institution, or intended use; or
- Copy, republish, or commercially exploit Site content except as permitted by law or written authorization.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, marks, trade dress, design, images, software, and arrangement, are owned by Arxus or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Arxus,” “Arxus Labs,” and related marks are trademarks of Arxus LLC.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for lawful informational purposes. No other right or license is granted.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to third-party services, including HighLevel and LeadConnector for forms, customer relationship management, communications, and appointment scheduling. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or conduct.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, FORMS, SCHEDULING TOOLS, AND COMMUNICATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ARXUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY.
ARXUS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARXUS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ARXUS FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arxus and its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.
15. Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver
Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court or seek temporary injunctive relief to protect intellectual-property rights.
The arbitration will take place in San Diego County, California, or remotely at the arbitrator’s discretion. The arbitrator will have authority to resolve the dispute and enter relief available under applicable law. Judgment on an award may be entered in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You and Arxus agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, this arbitration section will be void.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contact@arxusmethod.com within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and Arxus consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
17. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, including for conduct that violates these Terms or creates legal, operational, or security risk.
18. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and Arxus concerning the Site. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
