This Policy explains how Arxus LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information submitted through ArxusLabs.com.
Effective October 14, 2026
1. Scope

The Site is not a healthcare service, does not provide medical care or medical advice, and is not intended to collect medical records, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment information, or other protected health information. Please do not submit health or medical information through the Site or its forms.
This Policy does not govern other Arxus LLC websites or services that display a separate privacy policy.

- Your first and last name;
- Your email address and telephone number;

Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and the date and time of your visit.
We may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Site, prevent fraud, remember preferences, support embedded forms and scheduling tools, and, if enabled, understand Site usage. Where required, we will provide appropriate cookie choices before using non-essential analytics or advertising technologies.
3. Notice at Collection
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Contact and inquiry records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the most recent meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes. Consent and opt-out records may be retained for as long as necessary to document and honor your communication choices.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Respond to your questions and requests;
- Provide information about Arxus Labs, its research-use-only products, testing standards, availability, and pricing;
- Schedule and manage consultations;
- Communicate with you by telephone, email, or text message where permitted;
- Maintain inquiry and relationship records;
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
- Prevent misuse, fraud, or other harmful activity; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. Communications
If you submit a form and agree to be contacted, Arxus may contact you by telephone, email, or text message about your inquiry and about Arxus Labs’ research-use-only products, testing standards, availability, and pricing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us using the information below. Opting out of one communication channel does not automatically opt you out of other channels.
6. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, including:
- Customer relationship management, form hosting, appointment scheduling, email, telephone, and text-messaging providers, including HighLevel and LeadConnector;
- Website hosting, security, support, and analytics providers;
- Professional advisers, auditors, and insurers; and
- Government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property.
We may also disclose information as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell mobile information, SMS consent, or text-message originator data. We do not disclose mobile information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information may be provided to service providers solely as needed to operate our communications program.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site uses embedded forms and scheduling tools operated by HighLevel or LeadConnector. Information submitted through those tools is processed on our behalf and may also be governed by the provider’s applicable privacy terms.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third parties. Review their policies before providing information.
8. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system, website, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide information at your own risk and should not submit confidential medical, financial, or government-identification information through our general inquiry forms.
9. Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request that we:
- Confirm whether we maintain personal information about you;
- Provide access to personal information we maintain about you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information; or
- Stop certain communications or uses of your information.
To submit a request, contact us using the information in Section 15. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
10. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including rights to know, access, delete, and correct certain personal information; to opt out of sale or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to receive equal service and pricing when exercising privacy rights.
Arxus does not knowingly sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required opt-out mechanism. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law, subject to verification.
11. Tracking Preferences
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” settings. Because there is no universally accepted technical standard for responding to those signals, the Site may not respond to every Do Not Track signal. Where required by applicable law and technically supported, we will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of covered sale or sharing for that browser or device.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has submitted personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
13. Retention
In addition to the periods described in the Notice at Collection, we retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to inquiries, manage our relationship, honor opt-out requests, protect the Site, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We then delete or de-identify information where reasonably practicable.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected personal information, we will provide any additional notice required by law.
